Job Description:
Lehrer Family Chiropractic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Financial Clerk to join our team. As a financial clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of our company. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Provide support to the financial team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a financial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with tax preparation and filing is a plus
