Responsibilities • Completing real estate appraisals • Ensuring compliance with appraisal standards • Researching property data • Analyzing property values • Producing accurate and timely appraisal reports • Communicating findings • Collaborating with the team to meet service standards Skills • Strong skills in property data research, market analysis, and valuation methodology • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed appraisal reports • Understanding of appraisal standards, compliance, and regulatory practices • Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients and team members • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in appraisal software and technology platforms • State Appraiser Certification or License is required • Previous experience in residential appraisal is preferred Company Overview • Accurate Group provides real estate appraisal, title and compliance services to banks, mortgage lenders, credit unions and servicers.
