Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer inquiries while upholding service standards, including processing orders and troubleshooting products
- Investigate and resolve consumer issues, aiming for one-call resolution to retain customer business
- Follow up with consumers to ensure satisfaction with issue resolution
- Utilize various systems to gather and communicate information for customer activity
- Collaborate with peers and departments to maintain positive customer relations and meet service level metrics
Skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with previous call center, customer service, or retail experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills
- Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities
- Ability to adapt to change and think creatively
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of business correspondence
- Experience with technical products and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to meet department goals related to service metrics and quality
