The Brand Governance & Campaign Manager is responsible for driving brand strategy and execution, managing global campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across various markets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand growth strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive brand growth
• Be on the front line of brand governance: developing, leading, and formalizing key brand approval and management processes
• Champion the brands internally and externally, fostering a strong brand culture within the organization
• Collaborate on the development and execution of rigorous, ongoing training to ensure agency personnel and HARMAN employees deeply understand the brands
• Support the training and development of regional “brand champions,” ensuring they have the skills to express the brands in culturally relevant ways around the world
• Collaborate with regional brand champions and marketing teams on key brand initiatives, providing clear direction and feedback to internal and external creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging
• Develop clear processes and timelines for brand team input and approvals of regional marketing initiatives, and manage on an ongoing basis
• Provide guidance and expertise on a wide range of creative assets and marketing materials, upholding brand standards across all executions
• Support the development of global advertising campaign assets, and ensure regional executions reflect the original consumer insight and brands across various channels, including digital, social media, advertising, events, and partnerships
• Contribute to brand team’s Viva Engage channel to share best practices and recognize excellent work from marketers around the world
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee the entire PRO brand team’s budget tracking in the Allocadia budget management system, accurately forecasting and reconciling expenses on a monthly basis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including product development, sales, and regional marketing, to ensure alignment on brand strategy and execution
• Lead projects with significant risk and complexity, developing the strategy for project execution and mitigating potential challenges
• Support Global Campaign Planning & Coordination, assisting in organizing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand campaigns, ensuring activities stay on track under the guidance of leadership
• Manage Day-to-Day Campaign Execution, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaign assets (digital, social, media, BTL), handling approvals and trafficking content
• Maintain Campaign Assets & Tools, ensuring campaign materials are stored, updated, and accessible across regions through the appropriate platforms and systems
• Monitor Campaign Rollout, tracking campaign activation across channels, flag issues or delays, and ensure alignment with the approved plan and brand guidelines
• Support Campaign Reporting, collecting campaign performance data, prepare summaries, and highlight key learnings to support optimization
Skills
• 7-10 years of experience in brand or marketing management within global or matrixed organizations
• Hands-on expertise with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting
• Comprehensive understanding of digital, social, and traditional media channels
• Familiarity with budget management systems, such as Allocadia
• Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast and reconcile expenses monthly
• Track record of leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
• Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges
• Experience collaborating with regional stakeholders, agencies, and vendors
• Background in consumer electronics, technology, or related industries
• Strong skills in data analysis, campaign measurement, and presenting actionable insights
