Your Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
- Meet sales objectives as defined by our team
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Availability to work various shifts and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Work from Home Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
