Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts
- Assisting with the planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple projects
- Collaborating with account team members to ensure timelines, scopes, and deliverables are met
- Developing a strong understanding of client needs and project objectives
- Serving as a key point of contact for project-related client questions
- Preparing project status updates, reports, and documentation for client meetings
- Ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables
- Supporting both existing client work and new business opportunities
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- Up to 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
- A creative mindset and eagerness to learn and impress
