Creative Circle is seeking a versatile Art Director / Designer for their airline client, who can deliver strong conceptual thinking and polished visual execution across various brand and marketing touchpoints. The role involves developing on-brand assets, executing integrated campaign visuals, and managing multiple projects while maintaining high craft standards.
Responsibilities
• Develop visually compelling, on-brand assets for digital, social, email, print, presentations, and internal communications
• Concept and execute integrated campaign visuals in partnership with marketers, copywriters, and creative stakeholders
• Apply brand guidelines with precision while exploring opportunities for fresh, modern interpretations
• Translate feedback into refined design solutions and iterate efficiently
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for both digital and print outputs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and reviews; contribute ideas that elevate the creative work
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative quality
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail
Skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual and executional design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or presentation design a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
• Experience working within established brand systems
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving
