Remote Account Executive – Flexible Hours | Paid Training | Growth Opportunity (NY Only)

What You’ll Do: • Educate customers on energy supply options and help them enroll in fixed-rate or savings-based plans • Use our CRM and quoting tools to close deals remotely or in person • Make your own hours — just be available for: • Daily team check-in (4–5 PM, required) • Morning training (9–10 AM, optional) • Submit contracts using secure e-signature or third-party verification (TPV) • Track your sales and customer pipeline in our system What We Offer: • $20/hour for meetings and training (5–10 hrs/week) • Commission paid per contract — uncapped earnings • CRM, pricing tools, sales scripts, and onboarding provided • Flexible part-time role with the opportunity to scale up • Lots of growth opportunities as we expand into new markets and teams Estimated Compensation: New reps closing around 20 commercial accounts per month (about 100 RCE) can expect to earn around $30,000 or more in their first year. Reps closing closer to 50 commercial accounts per month typically earn $75,000+, while top performers handling 100 or more commercial accounts per month can earn $150,000+ annually. Actual income depends on contract type, deal size, and consistency — but your earnings grow as you build your customer base and renewals.
