Lincoln Tech is looking for a Registrar to join our team and play a key role in supporting student academic records and registrar operations across our Lincoln campuses. You'll work alongside a collaborative, versatile team — partnering with campus staff, functional leaders, and the broader Corporate Education team to keep our students' academic journeys on track.   Responsibilities of a Corporate Registrar - Maintain accurate, compliant student records across all Lincoln campuses - Manage student status changes, course scheduling, registration, and academic records - Respond to service requests through our ticketing system and serve as a go-to resource for campus Registrar and Student Services staff - Generate reports, support campus training, and help disseminate best practices organization-wide - Stay current on regulatory requirements affecting school operations - other duties as assigned  Requirements of a Corporate Registrar - Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in an education setting; 5+ years preferred - Prior experience as a Campus Registrar is a strong plus - CampusVue proficiency preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently - Comfortable reading and interpreting federal, state, and accreditation regulations - Travel required  Full-Time Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision - Life and Disability Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off and Holidays - Professional work environment - Growth Opportunities - Professional Development and Training About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology.
