Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles, including labourers, customer service assistants, and general site workers.
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to engage with jobseekers and assess suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available temporary workers.
- Support recruitment consultants with candidate placements and general admin.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate interviews, start dates, and general candidate communications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Personality is key – confident, friendly, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to pick up the phone and speak with candidates regularly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Equipment required: A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC.
Nice to have:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or customer service role.
- Exposure to international recruitment or working with UK clients.
- Familiarity with the construction or temporary staffing industry.
