Receptionist/Facilities Assistant ID-1652 – Amazon Store

We are currently looking for an organised and personable Receptionist & Facilities Assistant for a new client site in Woking. We are looking for a team member who will work as part of a team to assist with the day-to-day operations of the building and assist with tasks to support the business.

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 8.30am to 5.00pm

Receptionist Duties:

• Conducting daily morning walkarounds to ensure high standards are met and the building is prepared for the day
• Regular interaction with contractors, caterers, and housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations
• Conducting weekly and monthly checks to ensure operational standards are met
• Reception support and meeting room management
• Receiving telephone calls, answer queries and direct accordingly following correct protocols
• Assisting with postal duties & courier bookings when required following the correct protocols
• Monitoring a shared inbox responding to queries in a timely manner
• Assist with Ad hoc requests from the wider business and Facilities Manager
