702 Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Las Vegas. We specialize in buying properties directly from homeowners and creating win-win solutions when traditional selling methods don’t work.
We’re currently looking for an experienced, driven, phone-oriented salesperson to join our acquisitions team.
This role is perfect for someone hungry to improve their high-ticket sales skills, learn more aboutreal estate investing, and deal negotiation
What You'll Do
This is a phone-heavy sales role focused on converting leads into signed contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Making 80+ outbound calls daily to homeowners who have previously spoken with our team
• Handling inbound seller inquiries and following up with motivated leads
• Building rapport and uncovering seller motivation through structured conversations
• Analyzing properties and presenting offers to homeowners
• Negotiating agreements and closing deals over the phone
• Managing your pipeline and follow-ups inside Follow Up Boss CRM
• Working closely with our team to move deals from contract to closing
This is a remote phone sales position Monday-Friday 9-5 PST, but deals don’t always happen on a schedule. The right candidate is willing to take calls on evenings or weekends when a deal is ready to close.
We provide full training and coaching, including:
• How to talk to motivated homeowners
• Real estate deal structure and negotiation
• How to analyze and price properties
• Proven scripts and sales frameworks
• Daily coaching and call feedback
If you’re comfortable on the phone, coachable, and willing to put in the reps, we will give you the tools to succeed
Compensation
• Commission-only structure with uncapped earnings
• Top performers in this role can earn six figures once fully ramped.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
