Job Description:
• Create a quality checklist to determine potential defects.
• Review transactions and select samples for auditing.
• Perform risk assessments related to performance monitoring and financial operations.
• Understand the connectivity of up-stream and down-stream processes with respect to the auditing process.
• Validate audit findings with operations personnel to concur with root cause analysis (RCA).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Typing Speed Requirement 20 WPM
Requirements:
• Assist in basic quality checks and data collection
• Support QA Activities across functions
• Participate in training and calibration sessions
• Report findings
• Perform business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Performs tasks based on established procedures.
• In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.
