What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage quality plans, including SOPs and checklists, to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct performance assessments and track quality control measures among personnel
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for employees and clients
- Maintain documentation and records for regulatory compliance and training
- Investigate non-conforming work and implement corrective actions in collaboration with operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OGI/Quality and 8+ years in technical writing
- Bachelor's or technical degree preferred
- Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth understanding of OGI equipment, regulations, and Oil & Gas processes
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work over 40 hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage internal communications
