Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong Life & Disability Insurance domain expertise and hands-on experience in Benefit Administration module implementations. The role focuses on leading QA strategy, end-to-end testing, and ensuring quality across system implementations and data conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA activities and test strategy
• Drive end-to-end testing for Benefit Administration modules
• Validate system/data conversions and migrated data
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression & UAT testing
• Validate eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims & policy workflows
• Manage defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Mentor QA team and enforce best practices
Required Skills:
• 6+ years QA experience, 2+ years in Lead role
• Strong Life & Disability Insurance domain knowledge
• Benefit Administration implementation experience
• System/data conversion testing experience
• Validation: Eligibility, Premiums, Billing, Claims, Policy Lifecycle
• SQL, JIRA/Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical & communication skills
Preferred:
• Majesco, FINEOS, or similar platforms
• Automation (Selenium/Cypress)
• Agile/Scrum, API Testing (Postman)
• Data migration & integration testing
