Job Description:
• Responsible for a portfolio of owned and leased properties in support of business requirements and corporate goals and objectives
• Develop, lead and administer plans, including financial, within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies
• Collaborate with, contribute to and support strategies and initiatives
• Manage operating budgets, including forecasting and variance reporting for assigned properties
• Manage comprehensive asset management plans that are aligned with market real estate strategies
• Plan and implement asset preservation projects
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with area leadership
• Deliver property management services in accordance with defined standards and processes
• Inspect properties regularly and identify deficiencies in services provided
• Manage lease agreements, internal and external
• Participate in disaster preparedness, triage and recovery efforts
• Provide superior service with utmost professionalism.
Requirements:
• Five years of property management experience requested
• Successful management of vendors
• Basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations
• Property portfolio management for owned and leased across geographically dispersed portfolio consisting of diverse property types
• Experience in creating and managing operating and capital budgets
• Possess a strong business acumen
• Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions
• Strong project management skills, well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to establish and maintain strong positive relationships
• Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access Database.
