This role involves managing projects, ensuring proper handling of deals, customer service, and collaboration with other departments to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency. It's a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Proficient with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Experience editing and delivering training material
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience working with Workday PSA, Projector, Microsoft Project, or SmartSheets
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
