Responsibilities - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and project timelines. - Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve best value. - Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material delivery schedules. - Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand material needs and specifications. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities in procurement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Excellent understanding of procurement procedures, contract management, and supply chain processes. - Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic purchasing decisions. - Outstanding organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
