EōS Fitness is a bold and motivating company seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join their procurement team. The role involves supporting the procurement process through tasks such as sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management: Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders. Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- New Items Setup: Vet requests and ensure new items adhere to company standards
- Procurement Software Administration: maintain user profiles, approval workflows, and setup processes for new gyms
- Cost Control: Assist in cost analysis and cost-saving initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality
- Sourcing Suppliers: Research and identify potential suppliers. Obtain price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Communicate expectations to suppliers. Assist with invoice discrepancies as needed
- Manage Commodities: Provide support for Pest Control, Waste hauling and other commodities
- Support and Collaboration: Provides Procurement support to co-workers and suppliers, in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Staying current with industry best practices
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records. Maintain and organize contracts for easy retrieval. Prepare reports and summaries as needed
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as required and assist with special projects

- Candidate must be located in one of the following states: AR, CA, UT, NV, FL, TX
- This is a Hybrid position with occasional in-office work required at Dallas TX Corporate offices
- Ability to access and operate the Company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data into the computer system, and reading reports from a computer database or email system
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles is a plus!
- Experience in the Fitness industry is favorable
- Understanding of procurement processes is preferred
