Job Description:
• Deliver complex, multi-discipline projects and serve as a trusted subject matter expert within your discipline.
• Lead discipline-specific design efforts, elevate quality, and ensure coordinated, high-performance project delivery across teams.
• Document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships—serving as a trusted technical advisor through clear communication.
• Mentor engineers and production team members by providing technical guidance, design reviews, and actionable feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong discipline-specific capability.
• Demonstrated experience delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making sound decisions within your discipline. (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage)
• Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination requirements.
• Experience contributing to documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC workflows through GitHub or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) — preferred
