PPC Specialist (Paid Acquisition) About the role UnderDefense is looking for a data-driven PPC Specialist (Middle/Senior) who will own and scale paid acquisition channels to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth. This is not a “campaign execution” role. You will be responsible for testing, validating, and scaling paid strategies across multiple channels, managing budgets with clear ROI targets, and directly impacting SQLs and revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and analytics, building a paid engine that actually converts — not just generates traffic. Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels, with a focus on building and scaling strategies that drive pipeline and revenue. • Сontinuously test new hypotheses, run experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels, and make data-driven decisions on where to invest and scale. • Manage and optimize campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance across the full funnel — from first click to SQL and deals created— not just traffic or leads. • Take ownership of paid budgets, reallocating spend based on performance, CAC, and ROI targets. • Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion, while building clear reporting and insights that translate into actionable growth decisions. Requirements • 3+ in performance marketing / PPC • Strong hands-on experience with: • Google Ads • LinkedIn Ads, Meta • Bing Ads • programmatic • Proven track record of managing paid budgets with measurable ROI • Experience running experiments and scaling what works • Strong analytical mindset (Excel / GA4 / CRM analytics)
