We're a pediatric behavioral health marketplace connecting families to the specialists they need, faster and smarter than anything that exists today.
We're growing fast and we need a Revenue Cycle Manager who wants to be more than a cog in a machine someone who wants to build something.
The Opportunity
Per Diem position with flexible position with opportunity to grow with us! This isn't a sit-and-process-claims job. You'll be one of the first people shaping how our RCM function works setting up workflows, catching what others miss, and directly impacting whether families get the care they were promised. We are actively seeking VC funding and we hope you become one of our founding employees.
What You'll Own
• End-to-end billing for psychological and developmental diagnostic evaluations (neuropsych, ADHD, autism)
• Claims submission and follow-up with commercial insurers and Florida Medicaid
• Denial management, underpayment resolution, and coding accuracy
• CPT code expertise across evaluation and mental health services (96130–96133, 96136–96139, 90791, etc.)
• AR reporting and collections insight that actually informs decisions
• Input on credentialing and payer strategy as we scale
You're the Right Person If You:
• Have 3+ years in behavioral or mental health billing
• Know diagnostic eval codes like the back of your hand
• Have gone toe-to-toe with Florida Medicaid and won
• Work well independently - you don't need hand-holding
• Get excited by the idea of building something from scratch, not just maintaining someone else's system
The Details
• Per diem, remote, flexible hours starting with 5 hours but hopefully grow to full time
• Hourly rate commensurate with experience
