Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, ensuring their satisfaction with Natera's genetic testing and healthcare solutions
Maintain a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients, understanding the sensitivity of genetic testing and its impact on their lives
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience
Stay up-to-date on Natera's products and services in order to accurately and confidently assist patients
Document patient interactions and keep detailed records of any issues or concerns
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
Identify and escalate any potential issues or customer service trends to management for resolution
Continuously seek ways to improve the patient experience and provide feedback to management on potential improvements
Attend trainings and meetings as necessary to stay informed on company updates and advancements in genetic testing and healthcare solutions.
