Position Overview

The Ordering Processing & Data Entry Specialist plays a pivotal role within our Customer Service department. This part‑time position focuses on the end‑to‑end management of spare parts sales orders, from initial entry through shipment and delivery, as well as the handling of returns, exchanges, and consignment transfers. You will act as the primary liaison between internal sales and service teams, external distributors, and transportation partners, ensuring that every transaction is processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with arenaflex’s global policies.
