Hello! We are looking for our new stars to join our team as the first Partner Business Developer for the growing Italian Market. What do we expect from this role? - Develop and execute programs and strategies to increase lead generation from our key partners. - Cold outreach via different channels to engage and close possible partnerships within our ideal partner profile.  - Manage and nurture partner relationships with the goal of sustaining a recurring pipeline of qualified opportunities. - Qualify and coordinate meetings between partner`s qualified leads and the sales team.  ‍ It is crucial that you have: - Native Italian  and fully proficient in English and/or Spanish - Strong initiative and strategic thinking, with the ability to propose new initiatives and shape the role as the first person in this position in the market. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to external stakeholders. - Previous sales experience (From cold outreach to closing deals) - Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously.  We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize their people management processes by centralizing them into a single platform.
