**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering after-hours phone calls from customers and scheduling appointments with on-call technicians
* Responding to customer inquiries via email and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining an organized system, including documenting and recording services, and tracking account changes
* Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed, such as answering customer questions and scheduling appointments
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience
**Work Schedule**
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely after completing the first month of training in the office.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment
* Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
