Job Summary

As a Part Time Store Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage customer accounts
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom and sales floor
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, including nutritional information and cooking instructions
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have basic math and computer skills
• Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates who:

• Have previous retail or customer service experience
• Possess knowledge of food service operations or products
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office or other productivity software
