Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and manage outbound follow-up calls to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
• Provide basic policy information and transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required.
• Perform other related duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when completing tasks and adhere to quality standards.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of accuracy when completing tasks and a commitment to quality.

While not mandatory, having experience in the insurance industry or a related field can be beneficial. Additionally, being tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools will enhance your performance in this role.
