Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the heartbeat of our operations, providing top-notch inbound and outbound support to customers across the continent. **The Role** We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing timely support to our clients.
