Evening Remote Phone Coordinator

At Stillwater Hospice, we serve patients and families during some of the most sacred and tender moments of life. The voice that answers our phone matters.
We are looking for a calm, compassionate, emotionally steady individual to manage incoming calls to our main line during evening hours.
This is not a high-volume call center role. This is a presence role.
If you are warm, organized, and able to remain composed when speaking with families experiencing grief or crisis, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer all incoming calls to our main hospice line
• Route urgent clinical calls appropriately
• Take detailed, accurate messages
• Speak with families, facilities, and providers in a calm and professional manner
• Document calls clearly and thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with our clinical team

• Has strong attention to detail
• Is comfortable working independently from home
Non-Negotiables:
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 4:00PM–8:00PM consistently
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospice, medical office, or high-responsibility phone roles preferred
• Excellent written communication skills

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
