We're partnering with a reputable Property Management company in West London to find a skilled Credit Controller to join their Accounts Team. As a part-time Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing aged debt and arrears, working collaboratively with the team to achieve success.
About the Role:
- Part-time position: 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm (2 days home-based, 1 day in-office at Notting Hill)
- Key responsibilities:
- Identify and manage aged debt and arrears
- Communicate with leaseholders and residents via email, telephone, and formal letter to collect unpaid service charges and rent
- Arrange and monitor payment plans
- Prepare reports on monies owed and collected
- Refer complex cases to senior team members
- Prepare documentary evidence for formal recovery proceedings
Requirements and Benefits:
- Essential skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and professional approach to building rapport with residents
- Competitive salary: Up to £30k pro rata (£18k actual) for a 3-day working week
- Performance-based reviews: Regular reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance
