**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.

**Qualifications**
We are seeking positive and energetic individuals who understand the importance of great customer service and enjoy being on a computer and around technology. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask (preferred), gaming experience is helpful
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Possess gaming experience (preferred)
