They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and build strong relationships with contractors and commercial customers across SE Pennsylvania, Delaware, MD, and New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory
- Build relationships with contractors, landscapers, and commercial decision-makers
- Visit prospects and customers in the field to identify opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM (Hubspot) and follow up consistently
- Close new business and grow long-term accounts
Skills
- 1–5 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or strong customer-facing sales experience
- Confidence with cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing
- Strong communication skills, and most importantly the ability to truly listen and hear your prospects' needs, wants, and points of pain
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and positivity
- The ability to work independently, the desire and willingness to receive coaching, and the openness to learn new skills and processes
- Experience in landscape, construction, building materials, or related industries
