Job Overview We are a small marketing and consulting agency hiring an Operations & Tech Coordinator to manage execution, follow-through, and quality control across our systems, vendors, and technology. This role owns operational execution, not strategy. You will ensure things are done correctly, on time, and fully completed — without the founder needing to chase details. Responsibilities • Coordinate with developers, tech vendors, and support teams • Track bugs, fixes, and updates from request to completion • Verify fixes are live and functioning (QA testing) • Monitor landing pages, links, forms, and automations • Maintain clear task tracking and documentation • Follow up persistently until issues are resolved Remote (U.S.-based preferred | Pacific Time overlap required) Required Skills & Experience • Strong organizational and task-tracking skills • High attention to detail • Clear written communication • Reliable follow-through • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Experience with Go High Level, Keap, arenaflex apps, Slack, Zoom, Asana, RingCentral, AI (You do not need to be a developer.)
