DrewStar Productions LLC (DS Logistics Division) is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Assistant to help manage day-to-day logistics operations. This is a high-responsibility role supporting active business operations — not a passive admin position.

ROLE OVERVIEW
You will assist in managing drivers, tracking routes, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and on schedule.
This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to respond effectively to real-time situations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Driver Communication & Daily Operations
• Confirm drivers arrive on time for scheduled routes
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout the day
• Address issues and escalate when necessary
• Monitor driver accountability (check-ins, updates, completion)

Attendance & Issue Handling
• Verify driver check-ins at the start of each shift
• Follow up immediately if a driver is late or unresponsive
• Coordinate with backup drivers when needed
• Ensure all routes are covered with minimal disruption

Route Tracking & Reporting
• Track completed routes, issues, and notes
• Confirm all required submissions (including weight sheets)
• Maintain accurate daily logs in a shared tracking system

Driver Pay Preparation
• Organize and prepare weekly driver pay summaries
• Ensure all completed work is properly logged and accounted for

Financial & Operations Tracking
• Maintain organized logs of:
• driver activity
• route data
• payouts
• Track company expenses (gas, maintenance, rentals)
• Work from weekly summaries provided by management
• Keep records clean and structured for reporting and tax purposes
(No direct access to company bank accounts or financial platforms)

Hiring Support
• Post job listings for drivers
• Screen applicants and ask initial questions
• Schedule interviews for final selection
• Help maintain a consistent pipeline of backup drivers

Outreach Support (Light)
• Research local businesses and potential contract opportunities
• Build organized contact lists for outreach

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
This is a remote role with a flexible workload, but requires daily availability during operational hours:
Required Availability Window:
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (M-F)
Within this window:
• Morning check-ins (6:00–7:00 AM) are REQUIRED
• Midday check-ins (11:00 AM–1:00 PM) are REQUIRED
• Availability to respond to issues as needed
Active workload averages 1–3 hours per day, but responsiveness is required during operations.

• $600–$800/month (based on experience and performance)
• Paid monthly
