OpenClaw Automation Engineer (Contract) — Build an AI Content Engine

I’m looking for a hands-on OpenClaw builder to design and deploy a fully automated AI workflow that turns long-form video into multi-platform content. This is a real system, not a concept. You will be building directly inside OpenClaw (or similar agentic workflow frameworks). The Objective Take a 15-minute video and automatically: • Upload to YouTube (title, description, SEO optimized) • Generate 5–9 viral short clips • Publish to: • TikTok • Instagram Reels • Schedule via Publer • → No manual review — fully autonomous pipeline ⚙️ What You’ll Build in OpenClaw A multi-step agentic workflow with: 1. Ingestion Agent • Pull video from Dropbox • Trigger pipeline on new file 2. Transcription + Understanding Agent • Transcribe (Whisper / OpenAI) • Segment content semantically • Identify high-engagement / “viral” moments 3. Clip Generation Agent • Select 5–9 best segments • Convert to 9:16 format • Add: • Burned-in subtitles • Hook-first formatting • Clean cuts 4. Content Generation Agent • Generate per-platform: • Titles (YouTube SEO optimized) • Captions (TikTok/IG style) • Descriptions + hashtags • Adapt tone per platform 5. Distribution Agent • Integrate APIs: • YouTube • Meta (Instagram) • TikTok • Schedule via Publer API 6. Orchestration Layer • Fully automated flow inside OpenClaw: • Trigger → process → publish • Error handling + retries • Logging + status tracking Required Experience • Direct experience with OpenClaw (or very similar agent frameworks) • (this is NOT optional) • Strong in: • API integrations (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) • LLM orchestration (OpenAI / Claude) • Video processing (FFmpeg or similar) • Experience building: • Multi-agent workflows • Autonomous pipelines (no human-in-the-loop) Bonus Points • Experience with content automation / creator tools • Understanding of viral clip detection • Familiarity with Publer or social scheduling tools • Built something similar before (huge plus) Engagement • Contract (fast execution expected) • Clear deliverable: working end-to-end system • Potential for ongoing work + expansion Why This Is Interesting This is the foundation of a scalable AI content machine.
