We're looking for a skilled creative designer to partner with our beauty and skincare brand on an ongoing basis, producing daily, weekly, and monthly creative assets across web, social media, email campaigns, and additional channels as needed to support our content calendar.
You'll work with our team to execute of creative across all touchpoints — from social posts and email blasts to web banners and campaign visuals. This isn't a one-off project. We need a designer who becomes an extension of our team, someone who absorbs the brand's point of view and runs with it.
Our brand lives at the intersection of editorial beauty and quiet luxury. Think the dark, fashion-forward edge of Isamaya, the restrained elegance of Fie Isolde, the trend-aware energy of Heaven Mayhem, and the architectural confidence of Kelly Wearstler. We want creative that feels curated, intentional, and elevated — never templated, never generic. If you look at those four brands and immediately understand the thread that connects them, we want to hear from you.
This role requires a self-sufficient designer who can take a creative brief and deliver polished work independently, without constant back-and-forth. That means you need to deeply understand our brand voice, creative direction, and visual standards from the start. You should also be comfortable establishing a project management and review workflow that keeps both sides aligned — clear timelines, organized file delivery, and a review process that's easy to navigate. We don't want to micromanage, and we don't want to chase deliverables.
You're a great fit if you:
Have a strong portfolio in beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands
Understand editorial layout, typography, and the difference between "clean" and "minimal"
Can work across formats — social, web, and email — without losing brand consistency
Are comfortable setting up and maintaining your own project management process (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Deliver on time without needing to be reminded
Can interpret a mood board or creative brief and elevate it, not just execute it
