Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual located in Amarillo, TX to join our team as an On-Call Scheduling Coordinator.
While this position allows you to work remotely using a computer or smartphone, applicants must live in the Amarillo area in case in-person support is needed for a shift or emergency coverage.
This role plays a vital part in supporting our caregivers and clients by ensuring schedules run smoothly and after-hours concerns are handled quickly and professionally.
Important Location Requirement

This role occasionally requires the ability to assist with a shift if emergency coverage is needed.

What You'll Do
• Answer and manage incoming calls and texts from caregivers and clients after hours
• Monitor caregiver schedules and assist with shift coverage when needed
• Update schedules and assignments within company software
• Verify caregiver clock-ins, clock-outs, and documentation
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff
• Help resolve urgent scheduling issues to ensure clients receive uninterrupted care
Schedule
This role covers after-business hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Weekdays: Monday 5 PM – Friday 8 AM
• Weekends: Friday 5 PM – Monday 8 AM
• Must be available during 6 AM – 8 AM, our busiest coverage time.
Pay
• Weekday On-Call: $300
• Weekend Primary On-Call: $350
• Weekend Secondary On-Call: $150
Requirements
• Must live in Amarillo, TX or surrounding area
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
• Reliable and dependable while on call
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
