About the Role: Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor
We're seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to provide exceptional customer support via email and chat. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days in our Malta office and 3 days remotely each week. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Assist customers with placing orders, answering product-related questions, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers, showcasing your in-depth knowledge.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
