About the Role
We are a newly launched 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Dallas providing dignity-first, elevated gifting experiences for underserved communities. We are looking for a detail-oriented, mission-driven assistant to help build our operational foundation.
This is a remote role with occasional in-person work available for Dallas-based candidates.
We are not looking for someone who simply executes tasks. We are looking for a thought partner - someone who asks good questions, offers perspective, and is genuinely invested in what we are building.
What You'll Do
- Research and verify prospect and partner contacts
- Track and submit donation portal requests
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and outreach logs
- Contribute ideas and feedback as an active member of a small founding team
- Support Instagram and LinkedIn activity (a plus, not required)
- 5–10 hours/month to start with room to grow
- Dallas-based candidates eligible for additional in-person work with mileage reimbursement and bonus
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Care about community impact and mission-driven work
- Are comfortable with Google Docs and spreadsheets
- Think critically and communicate proactively — not just waiting to be told what to do
- Have some familiarity with Instagram and/or LinkedIn
- Bonus: Based in Dallas-Fort Worth
