This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a NOC Site Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide operational leadership to multiple IT operations teams across various locations, ensuring effective service delivery and coordination. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and performance of IT operations, enabling teams to achieve and exceed contractual service levels. You will manage workforce direction, oversee technical processes, and utilize your extensive experience to drive improvement initiatives. Accountabilities
• Oversee multiple IT operations teams consisting of system admins, cyber security analysts, and network engineers.
• Manage and report on operational network statistics including KPIs, SLAs, and EOL configuration.
• Resolve issues that affect change scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 support with the Network Integration team.
• Participate in operational briefings to provide situational awareness and status.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in managing remote operations centers.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks and IT systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of ITSM best practices.
• Experience with Cisco and Aruba network equipment.
• DoD Secret Level Clearance required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
