CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, providing technology and tools for innovators in AI. The MRB Coordinator will manage the vendor product returns process, coordinate across vendor portals, and analyze return trends to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end process of vendor product returns, from initial identification through closure of return material authorizations (RMA)
- Manage day-to-day ticketing, coordinate across vendor portals, and keep stakeholders updated on return progress
- Track and analyze return trends, support data collection, reporting metrics around performance, run MRB inventory reports, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement improvements that reduce returns and drive efficiency
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control or RMA management (manufacturing or data center environment preferred)
- Proficient with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
- Skilled in ticket management tools (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability to identify data trends and support corrective actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in the High Performance Compute sector
