As a Presentation Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate key messages and information to internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives, audience needs, and key messaging. Designing and formatting presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software, incorporating graphics, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness. Developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency and branding standards across all presentations. Providing guidance and support to presenters on best practices for delivering impactful presentations, including storytelling techniques and slide design principles. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering presentations on time and within budget. Staying current on presentation design trends and software tools to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in presentation design or software tools preferred. Proven experience in presentation design and development, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software. Strong design skills and a keen eye for visual composition, layout, and typography. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and presenters at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating visually compelling presentations that engage and inspire audiences.
