Duties
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their relationship goals, preferences, and backgrounds
• Curate personalized matches based on compatibility factors and client criteria
• Facilitate communication between clients, including setting up introductions and providing coaching or guidance as needed
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and match outcomes using secure databases
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients throughout the matchmaking process
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance matchmaking effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members to improve matchmaking strategies and client satisfaction

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport remotely
