About the Role
The Trusty Handyman is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven success in the Home Service industry (remodeling, construction, or residential repairs).
You will lead our marketing department, manage campaigns, strengthen our brand, and consistently generate high-quality leads.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversion
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Oversee social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business
• Create and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns
• Track and report performance metrics (ROI, leads, conversions)
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update our WordPress website
• Manage company branding and brand consistency
• Coordinate design and production of marketing materials:
• Vehicle wraps
• Uniforms
• POP materials (flyers, banners, manuals, etc.)
• Work with Canva and Go High Level
• Communicate with agencies and marketing vendors
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations
Qualifications
• Experience in Home Services (remodeling, construction, or home repairs) — required
• 5+ years managing Google Ads — required
• 5+ years working remotely in marketing
• 3+ years using Go High Level
• Advanced experience with:
• Social Media Management
• Content creation & editing
• Canva
• WordPress
• Email marketing
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Strong reporting and analytics skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
