Marketing Coordinator (Events)

They are seeking an Events Coordinator to support their global events strategy and marketing functions, working closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful events that enhance brand presence and foster business growth. Responsibilities - Support planning and execution of industry conferences, trade shows, client dinners, happy hours, and hosted experiences - Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, travel, shipping, signage, and branded materials - Manage timelines, project trackers, and budgets across multiple events simultaneously - Partner with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align event plans with client and revenue goals - Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, guest lists, and attendee communications - Assist with sponsorship deliverables, partner activations, and on-site branding requirements - Manage vendor communication, contracts, and invoices - Support creation and production of event collateral, swag, and signage - Assist with on-site execution including setup, registration, and guest experience - Track event details, recap notes, and post-event reporting - Maintain internal event calendars, documentation, and process workflows - Support with administrative and reporting tasks, such as: submitting vendor invoices, tracking spend and general marketing team tasks Skills - 1-2 years of experience in events, marketing, experiential, or agency environment - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple high-touch events at the same time - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders - Willingness to travel and support events outside normal business hours - Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with event or CRM tools is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business Administration - Experience in adtech, media, digital marketing, or agency environment - Experience supporting conferences such as POSSIBLE, Cannes Lions, CES, DMEXCO, or similar industry events - Familiarity with sponsorship activations and partner events - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Splash, Cvent, or similar platforms - Budget tracking and vendor management experience Benefits - Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, and other Insurances - 401(k) Retirement plan with company match - Pre-tax FSA and HSA plans for Healthcare, Dependent care, and Commuting - Fringe Personalized Benefits Platform, with a budget of $100/month: lifestyle, fitness, hobbies, travel, and more - 12 paid holidays - Unlimited PTO - 3 Wellness Days throughout the year - Paid Parental Leave for life’s important milestones Company Overview - Verve’s omnichannel ad platform connects advertisers, agencies, brands, and publishers to people in real time.
