Manager, Training & Education - CKG US Overview The Training and Education Manager at Constellation Kidney Group (CKG) is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing client-facing and internal training programs across CKG's solution portfolio in the US, including Clinical Vision (CV), FOCUS Billing, CKG Intelligence, Renal AI, DrFirst/e-Prescribe, and related platform services. This role plays a critical part in driving successful product adoption, supporting implementation success, and enabling client retention and growth. In addition, this role will oversee Training & Education program operations, including Professional Services Group (PSG) backlog coordination and reporting, helping ensure projects are delivered with clarity, consistency, and accountability. The Training & Education Manager will also support the Engagement organization (Clinical & Billing Services) in identifying and enabling expansion opportunities through structured education and value-driven client interactions. The role reports to the Global GM of CKG. Responsibilities Client & Product Training Leadership • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs across all CKG platforms, tailored to role-based workflows and client environments. • Support solution delivery through end-user and super-user training, onboarding programs, and change-management-focused enablement. • Develop scalable curricula and certification-style training pathways for continued platform proficiency. • Ensure all training supports measurable business outcomes such as adoption, operational efficiency, compliance, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Professional Services & Implementation Support • Partner closely with implementation project teams to structure training plans aligned to milestones and go-live readiness. • Own PSG backlog coordination to ensure visibility, prioritization, and timely execution of education-related deliverables. • Maintain reporting on workload, backlog trends, and delivery performance to support operational decision-making. • Standardize training documentation, templates, and repeatable processes to support scalable delivery. Client Feature Adoption & Expansion • Drive awareness and utilization of product features - including advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-supported tools. • Support Engagement team activities for retention and account growth through education-based conversations and value-focused training workshops. • Participate in client-facing strategy sessions where training plays a role in adoption or change management. • Create learning pathways that highlight cross-product synergies across KidneyOne solutions. Ongoing Education & Knowledge Resources • Develop and maintain a library of training assets including: o Role-based guides o Video learning modules o Recorded webinars o Step-by-step platform walkthroughs • Implement continuous learning programs to support client maturity and onboarding refreshers. • Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted resource for customers and internal teams. Internal Training & Staff Enablement • Deliver structured internal product training across teams including Engagement, RCM Services, Support, Sales, and Marketing. • Equip internal teams with tools and knowledge to ensure consistent, high-quality client experience. • Support onboarding programs for new hires who interact with CKG products. Measurement, Feedback & Continuous Improvement • Track and report the impact of training programs on client success and retention. • Measure engagement, completion, and effectiveness outcomes. • Incorporate client and internal feedback into roadmap-aligned training evolution. FLSA Designation (US Only): Exempt Salary Range: The estimated base salary range for this role is $103,500.00 - $126,500.00 (CAD$ 144,682 - CAD$ 176,833) per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations. Other Compensation (US Only): This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire. Time off (US Only): The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
