Job Summary

The Manager, Application Portfolio Management leads the enterprise-wide Application Portfolio Management (APM) overseeing a centralized team responsible for governing the application landscape, optimizing software usage, and enabling data driven technology decisions. This role ensures that application intake, lifecycle governance, and rationalization practices are consistently executed across all business units.

The Manager, Application Portfolio Management is responsible for leading the planning, governance, and optimization of the enterprise application and software portfolio using ServiceNow's Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. This role ensures business-IT alignment, maximizes technology value, reduces redundancy, enforces lifecycle standards, supports compliance, risk, and cost-effective decision-making across the application and software landscape. This role collaborates closely with enterprise architecture, procurement, IT, security, finance, and business leaders to ensure the application and software portfolio aligns with strategic goals.

Compensation for this position is $150K-$160K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
