Leading Software company is looking for an independent "doer" who can sit between their legal business users and our IT/Dev teams—someone who can gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into technical user stories and success criteria for deployment. • *Scope of Work** • *Title:** Legal Ops Technologist / Business Analyst (contract) • *Experience:** 7+ Years • *Location:** Remote (United States) • *Hours:** 40 Hours / Week • *Technology:** Ironclad • *Duration:** 6 Months • *Pay Rate:** $70 - $90 / hr • *Key Qualifications & Experience:** • **8+ years in Legal Technologies:** Proven track record in BA or Program Manager roles, specifically facilitating complex requirements-gathering and documenting technical specs. • **CLM Expertise (Ironclad):** Experience in 2–3 cross-functional CLM implementations with a deep understanding of "Lead to Signature" mapping, workflow logic, and conditional approvals. • **Legal AI (Must-Have):** Hands-on experience implementing or managing Legal AI tools (e.g., Luminance, Harvey, vLex) for high-volume contract review and data extraction. • **Salesforce Ecosystem:** Deep understanding of SFDC integration points to ensure seamless data flow into the contract repository. • **Diverse Tech Stack:** Familiarity with SimpleLegal, Zip, Logikcull, e2Open, and DocuSign. • **Operations & Agile:** Adept at managing the "Run the Business" lifecycle (triaging tickets via Jira Service Management, Slack automations) and working within bi-weekly Agile sprints. • **Communication:** Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex technical workflows to attorneys in a clear, actionable manner. • ---- • Legal.io is committed to the principle of equal opportunity.
