The Junior P&C Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, conducting outreach to potential clients, and providing consultations on risk management and insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Conducts initial outreach to sales leads/prospects
- Sets phone and in-person appointments
- Conducts client consultations regarding risk management and life and health solutions
- Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform
Skills
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License. If not currently held, must obtain within 90 days of beginning employment
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
- Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
- Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
